Financial Wellbeing and Money Coaching in Ireland

Financial wellbeing, built around real life. I help individuals build confidence and clarity with their money, and help organisations bringing financial wellbeing into how they support their people. I'm based in Kerry, and work with people and organisations right across Ireland.

What is financial wellbeing?

Financial wellbeing means feeling secure, confident, and in control of your money today and in the future.

Through coaching, I will help you build the habits, understanding and confidence to make decisions that fit your life. Together we will:

  • build a clear picture of your money, what’s coming in and going out
  • build the buffer to handle the unexpected, with a clear plan to reduce debt
  • build toward the life goals that matter to you, backed by a solid foundation

Why is financial wellbeing important in the workplace?

Financial anxiety follows people into work, too. It's one of the biggest, and least discussed, drivers of workplace stress. According to Marsh's 2026 People Risk report, which surveyed over 4,500 HR and Risk leaders worldwide, employee financial insecurity ranks as the #4 workplace risk globally and sits within the top ten risks in every region surveyed.
